Do you have a warranty?

Hey there! With our awesome warranty, we've got you covered for 2 years from when you buy our product. Any damage to the material or craftsmanship of our jewelry, and we'll take care of it!

We work with top-notch manufacturers to create rad, responsibly sourced pieces that are built to last. We're super confident in the quality of our product, which is why we offer this 2-year coverage. Just so you know, our warranty doesn't cover lost items, normal wear and tear like scratches or a bent ring, improper use or storage, or any modifications made by a third party outside of Astrobunny. 🔥💎

Important:

Items bought from a third-party vendor outside of astrobunny.shop ain't covered under Astrobunny's warranty. You should hit up the company you bought 'em from.

We don't recommend gettin' our products fixed by outside jewelers 'cause that cancels out your chance for a refund or replacement (in case there's a defect caused by their work). And that includes resizing or any repairs.

Just so you know, we might need you to send back any faulty pieces for inspection and quality check if we wanna keep gettin' better.

Our warranty might not cover promotional products.

What is the return policy?

Check out our return guidelines to see if your items are eligible for a return. You get free 30-day returns in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. We can't refund the shipping fees though. Remember, there's a $20 return shipping fee for items sent from the EU and $30 for other countries. Just so you know, the return window starts when you get your parcel.

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be in their original condition, no wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
- Complete sets must be returned together, no individual items accepted.

Here's what you can't return:

  • engraved and monogrammed pieces
  • gift cards

No sweat! Create one now using the email you used to place the order. It'll show up under "My Orders." Tracking numbers are sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier scans the package, you can track your order with the tracking number. It might take a few hours, but if it's packed on the weekend, it'll be updated on the next business day!

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

If you wanna make any changes to your order— adjusting or cancelling it, or even changing the shipping address—holler at us within 24 hours of placing the order. Just so you know, our team's on top of things and might not be able to cancel or update your order later. Once you've ordered any monogrammed or engraved pieces, there's no going back.

What is the exchange policy?

What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

Hey there! Just a heads up, the shipping timeline we provide is an estimate of how long it takes for your order to arrive after it's shipped. It doesn't include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseen delays caused by the courier (like weather or high volume). If you change your delivery option, it might affect the delivery time too. Also, if your order includes different types of items, the dispatch date might change. So make sure to double-check the dates during checkout and in your confirmation email. The shipping fee is based on the subtotal before any tax discounts, and unfortunately, it's non-refundable. If you're ordering from outside the US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, or Germany, please be aware that there may be additional customs duties and service fees. We don't have control over them and can't tell you the exact cost, as it varies by country. For more info, reach out to your local customs office. And just so you know, we can't reimburse you for any duties or taxes you've already paid upon delivery.

What does in-stock, shipping later and made-to-order mean?

In Stock

We got it ready for a new home! In-stock items ship within 3-4 biz days from purchase. Personalized engraving and monogramming take a bit more time, and usually ship within 8 biz days.

Shipping Later

Coming soon! Don't stress, you can still buy it and we'll ship it ASAP. T ship date is displayed on the product page and at checkout for your reference. You'll find it above "Add to Bag". You will be charged when you place the order.

Made To Order

Once you order, we'll start crafting your piece just for you. It may take a little longer, but that's what makes it special. Check the product page for estimated shipping, so you can plan accordingly.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to these countries! Sorry, but there is no shipping to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or APO/FPO addresses.

What is the return policy?

Check the guidelines below to see if your purchased items can be returned. We offer free 30-day returns for everyone. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable. Remember, a return shipping fee of $20 applies for EU returns, and $30 for other countries.

Please return the items in their original condition and packaging. Keep in mind that individual items from a set cannot be returned separately. Lastly, engraved and monogrammed products, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable.

How much is the return shipping fee?

Original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders placed outside of Germany, Australia, Canada, UK, and US may have additional duties and taxes. You're responsible for paying these fees and we can't waive or refund them, even if the order is returned.
