SHIPPING
Shipping costs are quoted directly through our website and are excluding taxes, duties & inclusive of insurance during final checkout.
All items are shipped from our headquarters in Hong Kong.
All orders are fully insured and packed securely in branded packaging.
To ensure all items are delivered securely, all deliveries require the customer's signature.
Note: While we ship nearly all over the world, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Note: There can be no changes to orders once production begins. Please take care while placing your order to ensure everything is correct.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required for order to be processed. Please note, the customer can view the total amount in local currency by choosing their preferred currency option.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@astrobunny.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address issued in shipping label.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: We need a full description of the problem or damage, along with photographs and/or videos. We do not accept returns without prior intimation.
WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
We provide 24 months guarantee on all our products. However, If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, kindly inform us 24 hours prior for a return.
